Bankruptcy and other Consumer Protection Laws were created to protect you

Step 1 - Communication

Call Us For An Appointment.

Making an appointment is easy. Call our office or if you prefer, fill out the contact form below and we will follow your instructions to contact you back. If you call, feel free to ask for me, attorney Frank Coxwell, or if I happen to be in court or with someone, ask for my paralegal, Joanie. We will set a time that is convenient for you. If you prefer to speak with me over the phone first and I’m not available immediately, you can choose to leave me a voicemail or speak to Joanie and let her know that you would like for me to return your call. I make it a practice to return ALL my calls daily. I don’t even mind calling you after hours if it’s easier for you to talk with me then. We will work with you in any way possible. I know you have a lot on your mind – and we want to help you feel better about things as soon as possible.

At your appointment, you will meet with me, attorney Frank Coxwell. I will listen to your concerns and answer all your questions. I will gather from you the information necessary to understand your situation, including your goals, assets, debts, income and expenses. I will analyze your situation and tell you about your options. You will discover how bankruptcy works, what it will and will not do, what needs to be done to file, and what it costs. There is no obligation. You are free to review your options, get your questions answered and leave, with no strings attached. Our goal is to give you the information you need to decide what is best for you. Bankruptcy is affordable for anyone. We want to help you file and get your fresh start as soon as possible.

If you make the decision to go forward, we can do the initial interview while you are in the office or we will schedule a followup date. It can be immediate, to stop a garnishment or foreclosure, or a later on, at your convenience. We will then discuss in detail any additional paperwork we need in order to have everything ready to get your case filed.

Once the initial interview with me, attorney Frank Coxwell, is completed we will have your bankruptcy paperwork ready for your signature within a couple of days, unless your case is urgent and needs immediate preparation.
